Ordered some walnut and almond , they came after 4 days worn walnuts and almond and rotten!

The pictures and descriptions advertised and ordered were different to those delivered. I feel a cheaper quality was delivered.and worn walnuts and almond and rotten.

You are the one who placed an order on Friday night expecting us to deliver Saturday morning, we clearly advised you it won't be delivered till Tuesday as all orders are despatched on next working day as we received the order late Friday. We also offered to cancel the order which you didn't want.
I don't know what people like you try to achieve by writing false reviews.

The order for £ 61+ with free delivery…

The order for £ 61+ with free delivery was delivered at 19.00 hrs in the evening of 8 January 2025.
Two of the products ordered had an best before date of 31 January 2025, meaning it would expire by 23 days from the date of delivery.
The company/packer should have checked the the product had a longer best before date before packing it for delivery.
I contacted the firm regarding the above matter - requesting for returning the product or exchanging the same - there was no response from them to date.
A warning - please ensure that all orders placed have a longer best before date.

Spent over £60 to get free delivery

Spent over £60 to get free delivery, then day after had cheek to contact me and say if I spend £70 would have got free almonds. Complained to them then the manager apologised and said he didn't know about the offer. What a con really should have advertised this on origonal purchase. Instead of pestering to spend £70 to get a free pack of almonds.

Ordered some beans and lentils, they came old and rotten!!!
Contacted customer service for refund they said to send it back for full refund!!
Now they don’t answer emails.
Lost money for products and postage!!! Do not buy!!!

AVOID!!!!!
