My experience was first class to all people I’ve dealt with from delivery guys to the accounts & especially Emma sales staff who took her time to deal with me professionally & made sure on letting me take my time until I was a 100% sure on my purchase.

My bed was delivered on time, set up and all packaging removed. Service was good all round, from the shop to the delivery.

Customer service was outstanding.
Great advise during purchase of lounge carpet.
Work carried out according to schedule.
Great crew who did the heavy lifting and fitted new carpet with care!

A number of purchases recently from Gillies. Sales in Perth were excellent. Both Delivery’s on time. Unfortunately, I have a few issues with both products delivered. Customer services quick to respond. Awaiting feedback from Technical visit, on solution to my sofa. Awaiting to see after delivery if issue with dining chairs resolve themselves.

The service we received in store was excellent and we were kept informed about the delivery date. On the day our purchase arrived within the advised time slot given. Everything was carefully wrapped to prevent damage during transit. The guys were really efficient and tidy and placed everything exactly where we wanted.

Friendly sales person who was very helpful throughout. Delivery time was slightly longer than expected but was communicated well. We were delighted with the suite and the delivery and installation service was perfect.

Furniture dropped off , allocated time slot working well. Carried in and placed in house with care . All helps to allay any worries when having delivery of goods.

Gillies is a great company that offers high quality goods and services without the staff being pushy or following you around the shop. The staff have always been super friendly and helpful and the communication is great either phoning or emailing you when your item has arrived and is ready for collection.

Stuart Edgar in the shop was amazing with us, a fountain of knowledge of his products but also gave fantastic recommendations which we immediately realised would work for us, and are very well appreciated in our house.
