At first lovely friendly service and quality products. Some wallpaper, lampshades and a cushion were not in stock, but would be available for pick up in two weeks. After a month we rang them, nothing was available, the same day they phoned back to say cushion had "been found'. It was actually the wrong colour but still matched. A month later another visit for two large lampshades and £120 roll of wallpaper, all paid for, they couldn't find the paperwork, but we were promised another week. Two weeks on, still no products. Items from there are lovely and excellent quality, but if they aren't available on the day, don't bother.

Still waiting for my goods. No indication as to where in the process it is and no acknowledgement of my email. Unable yet to pass comments on the merchandise

I really love the products in this local shop and it really pains me to leave a review with so few stars but unfortunately this reflects the whole experience of my latest purchases.
Our order was for wedding gifts for our son and was ordered well in advance of the special day. The exceptionally poor communication between the different departments meant we had three wasted visits to the shop. E.g we were told that the product was ready when it wasn’t. One product was made incorrectly and had to be remade. There was very little in the way of apology and one member of staff did imply that the mistakes were our fault, despite a colleague remembering the actual wording of our personalisation.
The whole experience was quite stressful, there was no discount offered for the lack of service. In the end we had to collect one part of the order on our way to the wedding.
The two stars are an average as the actual products are absolutely gorgeous.
We have made purchases from this shop on other occasions and we have had very different experiences.

Brilliant use of colour ,creates a beautiful atmosphere in my living room . Both cushions and lamp shade always get a positive reaction from visitors .

Very pretty floor light in daylight but transforms to absolutely gorgeous when lit, it is a gentle light, just right for evenings watching tv.

The lampshade was really easy to order and looks exactly like the website photos. It was delivered in a very reasonable time for such a unique product and fits in beautifully with our bedroom. An easy ordering process for a beautiful item!

Beautiful piece of art. Well protected in good packing and ready to use right away. So pleased with my order. Will be buying more lamps for the rest of the house.

Wonderful little shop and the sales assistant Charlie was so helpful and knowable, really helped to choose all the items that would go together for me.
