I received a gorgeous floor lamp from the Gillian Arnold company for my birthday yesterday. I couldn't be more delighted with it, the fabric and design are stunning

Great (and quick) service on the items I ordered. Ready for me to collect ahead of time quoted.

I looked for a while for the right cushions and l was generally disappointed by the choice. When l saw Gillian Arnold's designs my eyes lite up. They are simply beautiful.
They are a little expensive, but l was willing to pay as they were what l had been looking for. The only improvement l would suggest is on the business side. I did not receive any order confirmation for days, which was unsettling, but l contacted them and it was sorted.

This company produced a beautiful product. They kept me informed of the product being processed. They provide affordable payment options and offered a discount too. We are delighted with our purchase.

Excellent responses to questions. Fast delivery. despite postal strikes.

I have recently purchased over a few month's 3 Designer ceiling shades. I have been very satisfied with the customer service, they emailed an update when I would receive my item.Would recommend this company.

It’s a lovely lampshade. I’m so glad I bought it.

I did not like that there was no initial acknowledgement of my order. Only after I emailed enquiring about it did I receive a phone call which was good practice to confirm the order was being dispatched. Therefore, I would like to suggest a better initial acknowledgement and tracking system of an item ordered. Thank you, the quality of the product was very good though I have no complaints about that just the communication process.

Poor communication
No order acknowledgment email, emailed the company who replied to tell me to check my spam, which I did, no order acknowledgment there either.
I subsequently emailed another 3-4 times to request an order update, nil response to any of my emails

Additionally, the full height floor lamp is nice but we are disappointed in the fact of the price versus quality.
I would not use this company again.

I have watched and admired the floor lamps for a long time, finally purhasing one a week before black Friday. Despite getting in touch asking if I could benefit from the 20% black Friday deal as my purchase was within a certain duration of this promo (many retailers in good faith were offering such a discount to customers), I heard nothing back. In addition, the glue that holds the fabric to the frame of the lamp is coming apart already. Really disappointing considering the price of the lamp is over £100.

I was disappointed with the quality of the cuff bangle when it arrived. It was intended as a gift but I don’t feel I can now give it. The printing of the floral image was poorly executed. It is definitely not worth £50. I have chosen not to return it as this process seemed complicated. I will probably wear it myself but in no way could I have gifted it. I suppose this is the risk of buying items like this online.

Lovely design. I was disappointed that the shade cannot be detached for practical reasons - getting a new bulb in is difficult …
