thay send real cigarettes and cheaper than anywhere. Alas i ordered heets now i had no idea that i needed a nachine to use them !! Not a clue and now i would like to send back 2 unopened packs.

Totally incompetent. Due to spelling errors, they sent a package to a person who does not exist at an address that does not exist. Needless to say, it did not arrive.

I bought from them many times and while there was no such thing that the goods were arrested I do not know how others do not seem to cheat orders sometimes it happens that they are delayed

Received my cigs the second time. Customer service is good. Saved me a lot of tobacco tax

I've ordered 3 separate lots dating back to 2nd Feb but not received any. Previous to that very good. Would get them in 2-3 weeks. Havent had any customs letter but strange I've not received any so have stopped ordering for now and paying extortionate prices over here again. Shame.

Extremely fast delivery even in these pandemic days. Transport from Uzbekistan to UK took about two weeks. Daniel has been very helpful.Will buy again.

I have recently used this online company and I must say they are brilliant! My order came much sooner than I expected with no fuss! Daniel was excellent and recommend them whole Heartedly! I will definitely be using them again in the near future!

I placed an order October 2020 but for some reason I was on a waiting list for dispatch. They were finally dispatched beginning of Dec and they STILL haven’t arrived.
The tracking they provide you is invalid and I have sent Daniel emails over the past weeks but I have been fobbed off.
I have taken this matter up with my back now so I can get a full refund.
Shame the company I used to buy off are not open due to lockdown as they were fantastic and cigarettes arrived within a couple of weeks and they were so helpful. Fingers crossed they will be open again soon!

I live in Australia where cigarettes prices are very high and can’t be affordable all the time.

I had never purchased cigarettes online but tried this online company “Gigarettes” for the first time and received my parcel without any dramas.

I would definitely recommend this online store, quality of smoke is pretty good.

It can take some delays due to covid and tough Australian customs but Mr. Daniel is always there to help you with your queries.
