I have just now opened an account and I like the professionalism. They want to know call sign, offer various topics of interest to choose from, ask immediately billing and shipping addresses, etc. Overall appear to have their act together. We'll see what happens in the future.
Now we are several days after writing my first review and the future wasn't what I had expected. I have been very busy and I may be getting you confused with another supplier but anyway, I had sent a few questions about some amateur radio equipment, etc and never received a response. I then realized that I didn't want to deal anyone like that. So I made my radio/antenna, etc purchases somewhere else.

I read a lot of online comments, and see Giga Parts name mentioned so often, with good words of good experiences. Today is my first day to test the accuracy of the reviews. I'm very confidant that they are all correct. It just seems like Giga Parts has their sh$t together.

Abysmal customer service
Abysmal customer service. I purchased a new radio from them, and it was on backorder. All kinds of issues communicating with them, they held my order because i chose signature delivery. Of course, I'm requiring a signature on a $3k order. Then they fumbled the shipping 3 times! I'm still waiting. ZERO communication from them about the fumbled order. Then they charged me extra to correct THEIR mistake and ship it to me on the weekend, but they failed to get it out the door, so I got charged for express weekend shipping. Now it's the middle of the following week, and still nothing. I will NEVER buy anything from them again. BBB complaint incoming.
Recently bought an impossible to find…
Recently bought an impossible to find 3d printer part from them. Contacted them via support to ask if it was available. They confirmed, tagged one for me. I bought it. It came FedEx air two days later from AL to MI. Awesome transaction!

GigaParts Electronics is the BEST for Ham Radio!
Three days ago I ordered an Anytone AT-890 from GigaParts and they immediately setup the order for shipment. Today I reached out to SueS at GigaParts to see if they could add an additional item (Yaesu SBH-68 Charger). SueS took care of this instantly and added the second item into the same shipment. I've dealt with GigaParts many times and have always found them to be the most honest, responsive, and the best Amateur Radio and Electronics Supplier that I have ever worked with. Kudos to the great customer service of GigaParts and especially SueS at GigaParts.
Advertised item (IC 7300 MK 2)…
Advertised an item (IC 7300 MK 2) currently listed as "order now, and will ship by Jan 7th 2026" but got a email from gigaparts that says "Sorry but your order (placed Dec 11 for same item and this is 3rd change of estimated delivery time frame) is delayed until mid to late January". Listing still says "order now, will ship by Jan 7th" what a bunch of BS just to get more orders. I'm cancelling mine and will buy elsewhere even if i have to wait longer. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me or a friend. No more gigaparts orders..
Added one day later: New email from them today says "radios will now be arriving at their warehouse tomorrow and ship immediately". Really? Big company has these kind of issues tracking shipments? Kind of makes you wonder since my dog can order treats and know when they ship and when they will arrive. Wow. My order was cancelled. Good luck with your Gigaparts orders.

Superior Technical Help
Sue was more than willing to address my issue whichever way I wanted to go. She was more than willing to accept my product return, but also was willing to help me resolve my issue if I chose that route. She did not push me in either direction to go. She mentioned and suggested a few technical items that made me think maybe I needed to investigate them. They proved to be correct and resolved my issue and hence I decided to keep the product. She was very professional and knowledgeable and gave me a positive perspective on Gigaparts.

TERRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT BUY! I placed a relatively large order for things my small business needs and they cancelled the order accusedme of fraud. Instead of working with me to sort the issue out they cancelled my order. Ridiculous, proceed with caution!
Disappointing First Experience – Poor Service
I placed an order with GigaParts on September 19, 2025 for 3D printer spare parts, using UPS 2nd Day Air shipping. The package was supposed to arrive by Monday, September 22, but it never did. Tracking showed “Out for Delivery,” then changed to “Exception,” and stayed that way.
I contacted their support multiple times via email and phone—no response, no solution. This was my first experience with GigaParts, and it was extremely disappointing. Poor customer service, no reliability, and no care for the customer. I do not recommend buying from them.

Order lost still dont have,told to wait I live 30 mile east off Pittsburgh and my package was sent from Pittsburgh to west Virginia really and got customer service and was to wait 3 to 10 days hard to tell my customer that
Legit company.
Was trying to buy a processor, sold out everywhere else. Places that had it in stock were selling it for $100-200 above MSRP. Found GigaParts selling it for $20 above MSRP and had never heard of them. I was desperate so I gave it a shot. Turns out they are legit and my order is on the way!
Fabulous support from Sue Stephens at Gigaparts
I ordered a 17' extendable antenna from Gigaparts. I discovered that it was only 15' 4.5" and thus wouldn't resonate on 20 meters. Sue Stephens at Gigaparts worked with me to figure out what was wrong. It turned out that on the initial opening, I just had to pull on it very hard to get the extra element out. Now it telescopes just fine. A big thanks to Sue Stephens and Gigaparts. I have never had this level of support from any company before.
Placed an order on 1/10/2025, got an email on 1/13 that the shipping label was created, waiting on package pick up. Today is 1/17, tried calling, been on hold 10 minutes. Can't get an update. I will .

Ordered an antenna analyzer on 11-23. received email that it was backordered and would ship in about 3 weeks. On 12-26 received notice of refund with no further details. Customer service explained that the product was discontinued. Disappointed to learn this after waiting nearly five weeks. Will avoid purchasing from Gigaprts in the future.
