Guzzini toaster with European plug
The price and promptness of delivery were fine. However the device was fitted with a European plug even though for a UK customer. As we happened to have a spare adaptor it was not worth the trouble of sending it back. Unless I can be sure that this will not happen again I shall not order electrical appliances from Gifts with Style in the future.

I am sorry to hear your toaster came with the wrong plug! All of our Guzzini appliances are supposed to be delivered to us with a UK plug, so I have complained to Guzzini about this as they must have sent this to us by mistake. If you had contacted us we could have sorted it out for you and at the very least sent you a Euro - UK converter. Anyway I am glad you had one spare and were able to use your toaster straight away. Thank you for shopping with us.

Very helpful and friendly
I was asked by my manager to order some bags for a conference that was a day or so away, and Alex was very helpful in making sure we got the bags in time.

Excellent service and value for money.
I live in Aust. And ordered an Alessi fruit bowl. It was less than a third of the price of one here and it was quick delivery and well packed. Would certainly buy from them again - they have a good range too.

Ordered 2 Black and Blum items, a flow wine rack and loop fruit bowl. Both exceeded expectations in their quality and appearance - true designer feel and look really good!
Communication via e mail as to order status was prompt and efficient and it was delivered approx 36hrs from order!
Would highly recommend Gifts with Style.

Lovely photoframe, great price!

Very happy
I was very happy with items I ordered - they were all of excellent quality. The delivery service was very good too - arrived much quick than I expected. I subsequently placed a second order having been so pleased with the first.

I received a keychain that was just a poorly designed product, should not be on the shelves. BUT the gifts with style team did an excellent job helping me and providing a refund. Thanks! I still might try some of the interesting things you sell.

Thanks for the positive feedback about our company. I actually sent the manufacturers an email about this issue this afternoon as we have had a couple of other customers have the same problem. I received the response below from the company so we will be removing this product from our website until they have found a new manufacturing process.
