Customer service is very responsive. I ordered a merino wool sweater for my husband, but the sweater we received was regular wool, according to the garment tag. We contacted customer service, and Aiden was very friendly and responsive and immediately shipped the correct item. The sweater has met all of our expectations.

The necklace was of excellent quality and at a great price. I was very pleased with how quickly it came.

In June I purchased the plaque with the Latin words “Vocatus atque non vocatus deus aderit”, which means “Bidden or not bidden, God is present”, and I absolutely love it. I received my Shamrock necklace as a gift and absolutely loved it... however the chain broke and without me, knowing I lost my beautiful charm... I searched everywhere until I found one that looked as close to my original and found it here... very very slightly different but I love it!
