Excellent customer service and love my first order. Had a problem with my initial order which was instantly rectified after sending an email and a few photos. Donated to the University as a token of my gratitude and will definitely be ordering again soon.

Couldn’t ask for better service and care.
This is not the first time I have purchased from the gift shop but it is my first review. I received my wonderful scarf packed by Sadie in no time. I live in Australia and it seemed as though it took less time to arrive than if it was posted locally. The quality of the scarf is excellent and it has been warmly appreciated as a gift for my mother upon my graduation. I highly recommend the University of Edinburgh gift shop. Thank you everyone involved.

Great products but a little expensive
Great quality in their products, although they are a bit pricey. When I ordered I thought it was too expensive but now that I have the items in my posession, I can tell how good quality materials they are made out of.

SHIPPING COSTS DID NOT COVER THE IMPORT TAX
I would have appreciated to know that the shipping costs did not cover the import duty/tax, since it was almost as much as the sweatshirt itself. The rest was fine.

Moldy Merchandise Received
The shipment arrived on time, however the t-shirts and ball cap smelled heavily of mold. Also, the degree paper frame was bent and damaged and cannot be used. It costs too much to return the merchandise overseas, but I won't order from this shop again because of the condition of the merchandise.

Overseas gift
Ordered a gift and had it shipped internationally. The cost was no more than if I had shipped myself. It arrived quickly and I received emails when it was shipped. Fab service!

The delivery took ten days longer than…
The delivery took ten days longer than was originally stated, but the delivery did showed up yesterday and the items are awesome! Every item I have ever ordered from the University of Edinburgh Gift Shop has been exceptional. Thank you! I might note, also, that the package was opened when I received it but everything I ordered was inside unharmed.
