It's always nicely wrapped and lovely gifts

The "pole" for the flag was broken. It needed a longer bag as it appears to have been intentionally broken to get in the mailer bag that was used. I can figure out something else but sending these needs better care,

Concerned about plastic buttons glued on. Possibly a safety issue for the little kids, choking parts.

Ummmmm, how am I supposed to secure the flag to a pole? There is a sleeve in the flag to receive the pole, but no way to secure it. Thanks for asking, Rick

I ordered some patches back in September but the package hadn't arrived by early November. When I contacted support they were very friendly and cooperative.

Because of some shipping issues, the original package didn't arrive unfortunately, but they sent me a new package. Which was great of course. I'm glad the patches finally made it here. Would order again!
