Scam!!! I placed an order almost a month ago and still haven’t received my order. This was a Special gift for someone special… The company will not respond when I have emailed them. Not to sure what to from here. I will contact the better business bureau and report this company to Facebook!😡

I ordered a crochet pig with babies stuffie set. Ordered in June and arrived in December $44 USD and it was an envelope filled with tiny balls of yarn and some sort of pellet filler. No instruction and no image. Description did not say kit or diy. Garbage

I ordered a wooden cookbook, gift for Mom! It came in a plastic bag (package) wrapped in bubble wrap (Not a box!!!) and of course it was broken into two pieces! Quality is aweful for $80.00. Now they won't answer the phone and wanted me to pay $46.00 to talk to someone to resolve my problem! I've been scammed!!!

If I could give it zero stars I would. Ordered a custom sweatshirt for HS football. Ordered on Aug 23rd. It is Oct 29th still no item. When I asked at beginning of Oct for refund I was told too late it is already being shipped out. I said if it not today then refund. A few days later I get a message saying there was a mistake and they have to remake it. I said no don't. Just refund. Then they said sorry too late. I asked for a picture and then twice I was told sorry it is in the factory so they can't take it. I reported it to my bank as fraud. They bank on either never sending it or if you ask for a refund they now say they will have to charge me 30% of my charge since they can't resell it. I said bull. we both know you don't have anything made.

Completely a scam. I own and operate my own business and stumbled onto their website after searching one of my products. Found that they are using pictures and product descriptions from my website and Etsy shop. They wouldn't be able to send the item they have listed from our shop because its handmade to order and only available from us. I highly advise not to purchase anything from this site. If they did it using our products, I'm sure they've done the same with others.

This is a shady ‘business’ who simply takes your money, orders cheap product from China and provides absolutely no customer support. Their website processing and shipping times are just lies to get you to place an order. They in no way intend to honor these timeframes. When they missed the processing deadline the first time there ‘was a problem with my order and it needed remade’. After another full processing period of 4-9 business days, still no order update. This time ‘they are out of stock’. Both times I reached out to them. No updates to these ‘supposed’ issues (because lets be honest, these are just lies to hide the fact that the China dropship model is slow and the stated shipping times are lies). Customer service is very poor. Definitely not English speaking and appear to have canned responses they use that ignore the actual issue. Stay away!

I am now 5 weeks passed my order date and no shipment or useful update. Initiating chargeback with my CC company.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This place is rediculous. I ordered a cake topper for my daughter's graduation cake and they literally sent me a PAPER CUTOUT AND 4 STICKS. Never have I been so disappointed in anything i have bought online. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.

DO NOT purchase with Giftscheer! I ordered a sign for my nursery on March 28. I was never given an estimated arrival date. I contacted customer service— they said April 18. On April 18, it said my product still hadn’t shipped. Customer service said there was an “issue” with the product and they were creating a new one. I asked if it could arrive by the end of May, but they said they couldn’t confirm that. Now, I’m trying to get my money back, but nobody is helping me. AWFUL company!

Though the product was exceptional, customer service was terrible. I ordered a holiday themed item on November 12th. I did not receive it until January. 10th. I had to contact customer service to find out an error was made during production. They could have kept me in the loop, but they didn’t. A shipping label was created on December 26th, but it did not leave the facility until January 4th! My friend will finally get her Christmas gift January 11th. To say that I am disappointed is a monumental understatement!

I placed my order 9 November and am still waiting for it to arrive. I purchased decorations as gifts and had to find something else in the shops. I have emailed back twice, and still haven't had a response, am very disappointed

Purchased first Christmas bear for Greatgrandson with name and date. Bear arrived yesterday. Name, year and first Christmas are stickers which will probably come off with any kind of use. Was disappointed with this--thought these would be embroidered or sewn on.

I ordered the wooden round tray to place cookies/milk for Santa & never received it. They are giving me a bogus tracking number. Do Not buy from these people.

I recently bought a First Christmas tree ornament for my grandson. I am extremely pleased with it, and it is presented in a lovely little box. Very happy. Such a great idea!

I ordered from Giftscheer trading as Ninalady. I had problems with the delivery in that they replied promptly, but the tracking code they sent me kept throwing an error, and I wasn't sure what company it was for etc.

The item did arrive a month later than I was advised; if the tracking number had worked I'd be less anxious. The item was fine, it was just a bit traumatic waiting to see if it was going to arrive. So: patience needed.

I reached out to the shop with some questions,they were super responsive and nice! they arrive me so fast! Highly recommend
