Lovely air freshener

I am really glad that I found The Gifts Barn. Lovely air freshener, good quality and before ordering I haven't read properly that it would come separately with a spray bottle. I was very impressed, good scent. It's an amazing idea to spray how much you need.
Just could say that delivery was slow. Overall I am very pleased. Thank you.

Be prepared to wait 2 weeks +

So 2 weeks go by with NO response to my messages from customer service, I tried the link given on the order page, I tried leaving comments on their FB page, someone eventually wrote back asking me for my address so they can look into it and get back to me - BUT THEY NEVER BOTHERED!!! I was beginning to think it was a scam. I was so upset, but then it finally turned up. The car air freshener is amazing, although the scent doesn’t last very long.
If you have the time to wait, then it’s lovely.

Panic over!…

After getting really worried after not receiving my order and seeing other people saying similar things after over 2 weeks, when it finally arrived,I was over the moon and will definitely be ordering again!
All I would say is be a little patient when waiting for you order. My personalised air freshener was definitely worth waiting for!

Item still hasn't arrived

Item still hasn't arrived. Been 2 weeks or more, Starting to think that the gifts barn is a scammer, taken £14 from me and no product to show for it. Also contacted them, with no response to date.
