The texture and feel of the photo frame was good. It is felt that the frame should gave been a bit more strong. The photo frame did not have glass over the goddesses image. Everyone knows in India we have dust everywhere and not many hones have air conditioned Pooja room. Finally the delivery was fast and the negative is the frame came without any protection there was no thermocol packing not bubble wrap to protect the frame from shock while in transit. That us why I have given 3 Stars.

Very happy with giftoo.. I had booked return gifts for my daughters 8th birthday and it was awesome and unique, every one liked it. There team support is also too good.

Upto my last purchase everything good. But the last one i got some damaged items. Also the courier team also not behaved proper way. Raised the same concern but no reply...

Packing is mediocre at best. Lot of small plastic pen and other items got damaged in shipping with absolute zero protection.

Placed orders for small gift items for my son's birthday. Very reasonable prices, delivered on time and good quality products.

Giftoo provide the worst service. I place order one week ago and still I am not receiving my order yet. They mention on 24th August and today is 26th . Worst delivery. 0 star rating is not available otherwise I will have it to Giftoo. Never purchase from giftoo. I am the new customer but this is my last order from giftoo.
