A useful service
This worked really well as a way of sending a present when I am based in a different country. There was a good selection and it arrived on time.

First time for me to purchase from Giftloft. Great customer service. I had a query and received a quick response from Karina. I was updated regularly of the status of the parcel. It was delivered 2 days before my nieces baby shower, which was better than it being late. She said the gift was beautiful and so I would definitely purchase from this family business again. 💯 satisfied. Thanks Giftloft.
Just a thought…Is it possible for you to take a photo of what the gift looks like after you have gift wrapped it to show the sender when you send confirmation? Some florists do that and it’s just a nice thought…no biggie though 😊 Could be good for marketing?

Thanks so much for your review Karen. We do take photos when requested but we can't do this on every order as we simply don't have time. The confirmation of dispatch is automated so we have to manually email the photos through. Good suggestion though!

The gifts are very unique and different. I had some issues with the courier however the company sent a new gift and added extras in which was lovely and much appreciated

As Expected
Everything seemed to go smoothly and the recipient loved the gift. I appreciated that the service was easy to use and pricing and timelines for delivery were transparent. Would use this site again for gifts.

Thanks for your review Carol. Unfortunately there were delays in Inter-island freight in early September meaning this was slightly delayed going to Christchurch. We have been assured these issues have now been ironed out. Sorry for the delay.

Great gift options and awesome customer service.
I choose a baby present that was for a little boy, but I had chosen a girl option by mistake. A lovely lady rang me to ask if I wanted to swap it over. I was really pleased she had noticed.
