A wonderful long distance gifting experience…
Gifting Kosher was a wonderful experience for me .First,the display of items was wide varied and clearly described..The photos provided were terrific and made my choosing the gift items easy.
The delivery service answered every question ,as did Kosher Gifts,promptly and courteously.
The proof was in the pudding..my friend was delighted and felt it must have been a very expensive purchase..my last recommendation being that the prices were very reasonable..thank you Kosher Gifts!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! It is a total scam! I ordered a "Kosher" gift basket with what was advertised as "kosher champagne". It turns out that Mumm is NOT kosher. The company took no responsibility and refused to fix the issue. I am furious! Do not trust that what they are advertising is kosher - it is not! This business is a fraud.

Late - Friend Never Received Because of Shipping Delay
I am extremely disappointed in my experience with Gifting Kosher. I ordered a basket to be delivered to a friend while on vacation over the holidays. After six full business days, the item still had not shipped. After calling customer service and stating that my recipients would be leaving in the morning of a specific date, they stated that they would have the item shipped ASAP and delivered before my friends departed. The item did not ship for another full day. They used LaserShip, a notoriously horrendous shipping partner. The item was further delayed in shipping and my recipients left before the item was delivered. I was able to receive a refund, but that does not make up for the let down, hassle, and embarrassment of my friends never receiving their gift. I would avoid this vendor in the future and recommend looking at other available options.

False Promises

When I accidentally gave the wrong address Gifting Kosher did not give up trying to call, text and email for the delivery. The gift was full and made a family very happy. Great company!!

Disappointing experience with high-end client gift order
We ordered a very expensive gift basket from Gifting Kosher specifically for a high-end client. Unfortunately, the basket arrived damaged and poorly packaged. The contents were loose, the presentation was compromised, and several items were visibly smashed. We did not request a return because we changed our mind or disliked the product — we requested it because the basket was not in acceptable condition for professional client gifting. After providing photos, the company refused to offer any resolution whatsoever — no replacement, no partial refund, no discount, and no apology. Their response focused solely on the items being “intact for consumption,” which completely ignores the fact that presentation is a fundamental part of a premium gift product. Any company selling high-end gift baskets should stand behind their packaging and customer service. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.
