I think it would be called a bait and switch
I ordered what I thought was a nice set of novelty French Bulldog planters to be displayed in my yard after paying for the order. Waiting for tracking. Trying to track my order having their overseas company ask for my credit card number so they could charge me to track my order. My order finally arrived. In a plastic bag with three little boxes in it not secure in my opinion at all. But then when I open them to see what was in them, I could see why they didn't bother to take any effort into securing the merchandise because the merchandise did not even look like what I ordered. It's a good bait and switch. They show you beautiful pictures from other people's websites. Mind you because I found them there and notified them and then they send you cheap comparative novelty items made out of plastic and just so poorly made. You wouldn't even want them in the Dollar Tree clearance bin. So buy or beware. This site is not reputable and trying to contact customer service is another joke. I'm already disputing with my credit card company and they keep sending me every week. We are still looking into your matter. We need more time to investigate. I've gotten seven of these so far. I get them two to three times a week. They've had more than enough time they have the pictures. They have everything they've asked for the unboxing, the pictures of the merchandise, the original shipping packaging everything. No reason not to refund but it's okay. My credit card company is also looking into it. I just want the buyer to beware. Definitely do your homework before doing business with this company My original purchase was in May actually May 27th. My merchandise did not arrive until June 27th or 28th and I was on an email with them immediately. It's absolutely ridiculous
