Bought a golden baller metal card for sons 7th birthday, staff member Chelsea replied quickly to my email about needing it by a certain date and it was despatched later that day. Son loved it and was a great gift. Will use them again for FUT card and for my younger son when he gets into football.

Ordered a personalised Captains armband for the kids football team, the item had a minor flaw and they replaced it immediately once I made them aware. Top class customer service and the armband is great quality.

The concept is great but the final product is quite poor. The card used is cheap, the finish is low quality. Digits on the ratings are blurred. When I contacted Gift Goals, whilst an apology was given, I was told that the website says not to buy the product I did, as there are better ones. I missed this but find it odd a company would knowingly sell a poor quality product. Will more than likely use CardsPlug next time.

Second set of shin pads I’ve purchased for my son from gift goals, same amazing quality.

I love how quickly they get your design drawn up on the shin pads, delivered promptly.
