Update 2/10/25:
After numerous phone call and emails I eventually got in touch with Cory. He apologized and agreed to send me a check for the money that was owed to me plus interest. He mailed a cashiers check. I appreciate Cory doing the right thing to make us whole.

I am a merchant that uses Giftfly to offer gift cards on our website. We have been with them 3 months and they have about $10,000 dollars of gift card sales that they have not released. They would typically release funds once a week, however, starting in January they stopped funding us. I have requested the release via email numerous times because they do not answer their phone calls. Cory, the CEO responded to my requests and said that their payment processor holds funds at their discretion and will release when they want to apparently. No apologies, no we'll contact our processors to see what the hold up is. It seems shady, I would not recommend working with this business.

Advertising a $60.00 gift card for $50.00. I was charged $63.00

Well designed website that's easy to use and complete a transaction.

This site seems to be for merchants only and when I contact the restaurant they are not sure what to tell me.
Is there a different site to simply buy the gift card or am I to sign up as a merchant, create and account etc.

I did not find the web site to be user friendly. I tried to purchase a package NOT a gift card. I ended up having to buy a gift card and hope the price doesn't change before I give this as a gift and he has time to purchase the package for himself. NOT how I wanted this to go

locating the gift certificate section took some time but once located very easy to use

It was very easy to purchase a gift card online in the desired amount and know it will be delivered on the chosen date.

The service charge. Didn't have it last year!!!! So not a top rating today.

In Florida, sales tax is NOT collected on the purchase of a gift card.

I bought a gift card today, and my cc was charged $3.98 for sales tax.

Sundance studio is an awesome place for relaxing, massage and reflexology therapy. I had the most amazing foot massage with Lisa. She took such care of my tired, aching feet, especially my plantar fasciitis and ankles. Her touch is really therapeutic and magical. The essential oils she used are great. I recommend her to anyone who works all day on their feet.

Brilliant to be able to purchase a gift card for our Grand daughter that lives in North Hollywood from the UK. Thank you, wish more places did this.
