received an email stating the code for the license key for a gift card I paid for would be in my account, more than an hour has passed, no license key was given even after emailing for assistance wrt to the situation

Verification and payment were fast and easy
I was a little set back by the verification because of how long it might've taken seeing how late it was but it was almost instantaneous 5 stars!!
