Terrible service
Terrible service. Was issued an ecard instead of a gift card as ordered.

Card was for an 94 year old lady who doesn't understand the internet.
Appalling treatment. No customer service.

Positive experience with giftcardstore.co.uk
My experience with this company has been positive. Went through TopCashback and received my gift card about 10 minutes after I ordered it. I have now used my gift card at Argos.

Absolutely appalling
Absolutely appalling. Avoid this company like the plaque. Ordered and paid for a gift card, three weeks later I had still not received. Contacted customer service who took 4 days to come back to me to say the order hadn’t been processed for ‘security reasons’, even though they had the funds. Refund then took another 3 days. If I hadn’t have contacted them they would have just kept my money which thankfully I paid through PayPal.

Unfortunately, it would seem there was an processing/bank issue, which sadly resulted in with an order failure. When this happens the bank partition the funds ready to transfer, however because of the failure the funds usually automatically returned. If for any reason the funds do make their way to us, we are always happy to return them.

seems a scam, in that I ordered a card and more than a week later, item not delivered (supposed to be nearly instant), and no refund without a followup. I need to register a complaint with Amex.

Seems a fake company
Seems a fake company. I did a couple of purchases, both after days of the transaction, it still says "processing". No refund or cancellation till you call customer services and ask to return the money. All the hallmarks of a fake company

I have made a purchase but have not yet received my gift card.
30/09/24 updated
I’ve checked the status, and it says the order has failed, but the problem is the company has already charged me. I’ve emailed them but haven’t received a reply yet, so I’ve now contacted PayPal to see if I can get my money back. A dispute has been raised, and I’m currently waiting for the company to respond.

I finally received my refund through PayPal, but I still haven’t received any response to the email I sent. Good luck to everyone - at least I got my refund.

Purchased a gift card, but not able to claim it!
Just purchased a gift card. When I login to claim the card, the site prompts login error. I clicked reset password, but no response so far. Will try again the next day.
A real bad experieance!! Buy gift card from this site at your own risk!!
Update: Able to recreate account on the next day. Seems that there was no account created at the very beginning.
Able to use the card at supermarket.
But please be reminded that sometimes there is error message saying "error loading the card". So, pls make sure we are in a supermarket with Wi-Fi or good mobile network.

I paid hundreds and did not get…
I paid hundreds and did not get anything - I followed up with the CS team, Lidia was helpful in the beginning but she kept saying that the senior team would deal with it or contact me, but I have not received any calls / emails so far. It has been a week already.

What a poor service
What a poor service. I purchased the card the whole process was convoluted after receiving the card. I wanted to get the card in a printable format but unable to find any option called the customer service. I was told they are just a 3rd party and I will need to call the card that i bought company directly. This wasn't I was expecting. Not see such a horrible and painful process.
