Had this song made for Father’s Day. It was a perfect gift. The company made sure to work on getting it to me on time. Overall experience went well. They had a person chat with me (or their bot) and we got it all done right away. Definitely recommend for any loved one!

Got the song for my wife who has been going through a tough time. Wanted to show what she means to me. Played her the song. Customer service is beyond incredible but I lost my song and video again for the second time off their site. The first time they got it back but I had to upload pictures again. Thank goodness they allowed me to download the song off their site because today I discovered it was gone again! They have a lot of glitches to fix. Not sure I’d trust them yet.
