Reliable, Friendly.
Been to them twice, have had quick, efficient, polite, friendly service both times. No muss no fuss, I told them symptoms of problem, they resolved said problem. They're a little on the pricey side but I don't mind as they get the job done, unlike my two month long trial and error process at a certain other big Store chain!
