Reached out On their website , sent them an email ,instagram as well still No response I Received product with incorrect installation peices I basically bought this for no reason and can’t even put it together highly don’t recommend.

Hello! I believe you have us confused with another business. We don't sell anything that requires installation, we sell refurbished gaming consoles? We also have no emails or Instagram messages from you, could you kindly verify that you are reviewing the correct business and remove your review if not?

The console WIZARD!

If console repair were an Olympic sport, Jonny would have so many gold medals they'd have to invent a new neck brace.

I brought him a console that looked like it had survived three generations of siblings, a rage quit, and what I can only assume was an attempted exorcism. It wouldn't turn on, made weird noises, and had less life in it than my houseplants.

Jonny took one look at it, nodded like a wizard who'd seen this curse before, and somehow brought it back from the digital afterlife. Now it runs so smoothly I'm convinced it loads games faster than my internet can download them.

I'm pretty sure Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo have his number on speed dial. If your console is broken, don't panic—just call Jonny. If he can't fix it, it probably wasn't a console... it was modern art.

10/10. Would absolutely trust this man with my console, my TV, and possibly my firstborn.
