I engaged the services of Ghost Mail and paid the fee. I received a delivery last Thursday (9th April). I have now sent 4 emails requesting someone contact me to arrange onward delivery and no response. I have tried calling the number of Ghost Mail which directs me back to email.
Dreadful service so after retrieving my delivery I will be terminating the service.

I've used Ghostmail for over 4 years and is ideal for my needs. Typically I only have a handful of personal items a year and a low user account works great, some items scanned and some forwarded overseas. Prompt/efficient communication and item handling. I need to verify my residential address every year (e.g. utility bill, bank statement etc) which I presume is standard for all forwarding services - no biggee. Overall happy chappy.

As a reputable company I would not use Ghostmail services as a customer of theirs falsified details to Companies House. This is true Trustpilot. And to take this review down is wrong...
People need to know that companies like Impex (deliver beagle puppies to laboratories to be tested on) are using services like Ghostmail because they know what they are doing is wrong.

The company has recently taken on a client: Russell Morgan who owns Impex Services International Ltd.

Ghost Mail was protested at on Monday, 30th June after many emails had been sent to them regarding the business support he is giving Impex. (For anyone who doesn't know, Impex transport animals - beagle puppies, long-tailed macaques, etc to laboratories in the UK for outdated toxicology testing.)

It appears the owner of Ghost Mail isn't choosy about where he takes the money from. His personal views don't extend into his business ethics.

I would not recommend using this business on that basis alone.

DO NOT USE this company. They make errors with forwarding and the customer service communication is beyond bad. AVOID.

Excellent service. You can speak to real person over a phone, and they answered all my queries and were able to point me to the correct service to use. Also they do their own inhouse ID verification and to do it this way is far superior than any other vendors mailbox third party ID addon.

Ghostmail drop offered all the services I needed, in one package, and for an affordable price, and the customer service has been excellent, they answer your calls quickly or respond to your emails equally as quickly. I would highly recommend these guys for business or residential mail handling or combining both.
