Emailed Ghost because I was in a hurry…

Emailed Ghost because I was in a hurry to secure a case of the new 7UP flavor and forgot to use the promo code I had. I took a shot in the dark and emailed them to see if it could be added after I already placed my order. Ian emailed me to tell me he applied the code and refunded me. I was not expecting them to honor it at all but they did. Another reason to love Ghost! Customer service is top tier!

Carol was super helpful and responsive. The AI chatbot mentioned that I was unable to update my shipping address and she was able to successful change the shipping address of my order so I could receive my new 7Up energy case. Excellent customer service!

Best tasting supplements I’ve ever tried

GHOST is honestly on another level when it comes to supplements.

What impressed me the most is the flavor experience. It doesn’t feel like you’re just taking a supplement — it actually tastes good, which makes a huge difference in staying consistent with your routine.

I’m based in Brazil, and here the market still lacks products that combine both performance and great taste. Most supplements focus only on function, but GHOST delivers both, and that’s a big competitive advantage.

Beyond that, the branding and overall experience of the brand are unique. It feels modern, bold, and different from anything else I’ve seen in the fitness industry.

Definitely one of the most complete supplement brands out there.

Outstanding customer service

Outstanding customer service, extremely quick replies, questions answered, I had an issue which was at no fault of ghosts, but they handled it and resolved it extremely professionally! Love all of the Ghost products

Love all of the Ghost products! I recently purchased a full case of energy drinks and I forgot to apply my 20% off code at checkout. I messaged the Ghost team and asked if it was still possible to apply and by the next day they processed my discount and made sure I was taken care of. I already love Ghost but I am now a fan for life! Thanks Ghost squad!

I placed an order for a bundle of 2…

I placed an order for a bundle of 2 whey proteins and a shaker. After hearing nothing for 10 days, I chased them up myself. The response I finally received claimed two of my protein flavours ordered were out of stock — except the flavours they mentioned weren't even the ones I ordered. A basic error that suggests nobody had actually looked at my order properly.

After nearly two weeks had passed with zero progress, I requested a full refund. Simple enough, you'd think. It wasn't. When the refund eventually came through, it was processed in dollars — despite the fact I paid the amount returned in euros. As a result, I'm still out of pocket.

To summarise: a 10-day wait for a response I had to chase, incorrect information about my order, weeks of no progress, and a refund that still left me short. At no point did I receive a proactive update or any attempt to make things right.

I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Order Cancelation

I mistakenly placed two orders and only needed to keep one. Contacted support and they immediately allowed me to cancel one of the orders with no issue, even when I was past the cancelation time. Very fast response and no issues!

Quick response

Had amazon order for amazons review program amazon wasn't really able to help. Amazon sent wrong package, i tried the customer support page for product support that takes you to ghost, and had a quick response within a minute or so, haven't tried the protein powder yet but can say im impressed with the customer service.
