I left a message on a landline and someone rang me back the same day, diagnosed the problem with my tumble dryer from a video and ordered the replacement part (paid £180 up front) - it went downhill from there - wrong part, delay - right part broken, delay - Samsung offered £150 off new tumble dryer as a sorry - took my extra money £420 so far 3 deliveries planned - 3 failed!!!! Started to get nervous about authenticity of company and asked for my money back! I have had it returned thankfully but they are clearly happier to rid themselves of the problem than fix what has been a 3 week ‘performance’! I still have a broken tumble dryer to get repaired!!!!! They blame Samsung?!

I pay for 4 items to be insured. They are normally good. But I've had no washing machine for nearly 4 weeks now. And they keep cancelling my appointment. The engineer came out and said there was nothing wrong with it. So I had to show him a video of proof that it didn't work. He then said I dunno I will order parts. I have 4 children and they don't care that I need to wash my clothes. They tried offering me a £20 gift voucher. When a launderette is costing more than £20 a time. My disabled daughter has to be clean. But they are not bothered

Outstanding from start to finish. I needed a washing machine repair. They came out the same day keeping me updated of their arrival time by text. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue without the need for any parts. The machine is working fine again! I liked their fixed price structure and simple payment process with no hidden extras. They tidied up after themselves and even called me a few days later to make sure everything was Ok. Absolutely fabulous service which is refreshing. I will definitely be recommending them and keeping their number!
