Worst Experience as a Tutor - Complete Waste of Money

I joined Ghar Pe Shiksha as a tutor by paying their registration fee with the hope of getting students. It's been a very bad experience.

No leads provided at all. After taking the money, they stopped responding properly. No genuine students, no calls, just false promises.

I feel cheated. They take money from tutors in the name of providing tuition leads but deliver nothing. Totally unprofessional service.

I would strongly advise other tutors NOT to waste your hard-earned money here. There are many better and free platforms available.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Refund Not Processed

I have had a very disappointing experience with GharPeShiksha. My payment was collected, but despite waiting for more than 24 hours, my refund has still not been processed. This has caused unnecessary frustration and inconvenience.

The way this situation has been handled has left me highly dissatisfied. Customers expect transparency, timely communication, and responsible service, especially when it comes to their hard-earned money. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory.

I am extremely disappointed with the service and the lack of resolution regarding my refund. I would not recommend this service based on my experience. I urge the company to take customer complaints seriously and process refunds promptly instead of making customers wait without a satisfactory resolution.

Overall, a very poor customer experience. I expect my refund to be processed as soon as possible.

I, Satish Chandra Sharma, Straightforwardly say that Gharpeshiksha is a Gang full of Fraudulent, Falsehood, Thieving, Looting practices Liars and Fake people who dupe Gentlemen by making Deceitful Promises. Gharpeshiksha must be blacklisted and prevented from running its business.

They promise a refund while paying the payment initially,but if you do not receive any classes and ask for the refund they keep procrastinating it and at the end they say it isn't their refund policy. Honestly so disappointing for the tutors

This company is total fraud one , don't be prey for this , untill u take subscriptions all numbers will be working and they will call you guys once u take subscriptions, no one will answer ur call and no tuitions will be displayed on ur screen , waste of money

Beware! Bogus app that steals money from tutors.Ghar Pe Shiksha is a fraudulent platform that pressures tutors into buying subscription packages but provides zero guarantee of actual classes. The phone numbers they give you are dead ends. When you follow their own terms and conditions to claim a refund, both the customer support team and senior staff ignore your messages and calls. The positive reviews here are completely untrustworthy. Tutors, save your hard-earned money and do not fall into this trap.

i have using gharpeshiksha as a tutor for past 3 months. i pay 3500 for 10 contacts..i got 2 students till now used 5 contacts 5 are still remaining. not every lead will convert. we have to negatotiate with parents for fees. and my experience is been positive and highly recommend teachers to join.

Fraud people.. They looted me for 6000 rupees. 1st 2500 and later 3500.
They had given me one contact and that too their person picks up call.. and dont answer.. and when in 3 months we have to again resubscribe... God you see you all people..

I had a very disappointing experience with GharPeShiksha. I hired a math tutor named Shivam for my coaching institute, but his behavior was highly unprofessional and unethical.

Instead of focusing on teaching, he tried to influence my students against me and encouraged them to leave my coaching institute by telling them that he would start his own coaching and that they should join him instead.

My only mistake was trusting him and giving him the freedom to teach independently. I did not interfere with his classes because I wanted both the teacher and the students to feel comfortable and avoid unnecessary disturbance. Unfortunately, he misused that trust.

I would advise coaching institutes and parents to be careful while hiring tutors through GharPeShiksha and to monitor their conduct closely. Professional ethics and honesty are just as important as teaching skills.

My experience with physics teacher -Latika Jindal was not good.
1. Behavior issue(lots of tantrums)
2.Focus on secondary things rather than teaching
3. Not solving doubts, pressurize students to self-study
4.Doubting her knowledge and teaching skills
5. High charges while giving all work to student

Ghar pe shiksha is fraud ...don't buy subscription from them .they promise you but they never fulfill it.they provide you home tuition leads which is already closed and when you want file complaint no body response on the call but when they want us to purchase subscription they called you very frequently and once you paid ...woooof they will not respond to your call or mail .also, I purchased subscription of 3540/- rupees and as I didn't got service I mailed them and published google reviews about them ,they called me and asked me to remove the review them they will process refund and yet I didn't got refund.

Absolute nonsense. They will call you multiple times and give you information about the Tuitions and tell you to register and once the registration process is done they are vanished. No proper leads no fruitful contacts will come up post registration. Siksha k naam pe fraud!

Fraud app. They onboard experienced tutors and there no leads with them. They post themselves and there is nothing here to put in your efforts.

I had a very disappointing experience with GharPeShiksha.

I was contacted by their representative and was given strong assurances over the phone regarding the usefulness and expected results of their paid plan. Based on those representations, I paid ₹2,360 for their Bronze Plan.

However, after payment, the actual service did not match what was conveyed during the sales call. The expected benefit and outcomes were not delivered in the manner represented.

I raised the issue and requested a refund, but did not receive any satisfactory response. Even after sending a formal email and approaching the consumer grievance mechanism, the matter remains unresolved.
Additionally, the invoice issued shows GST being charged, but the GST registration details are not clearly mentioned on the face of the invoice, which raises concerns regarding billing transparency.

I would strongly advise others to carefully verify all claims made during sales calls and seek written confirmation before making any payment.

I am currently pursuing the matter through appropriate legal channels.
