Fil is a start up. It has launched its first range of products. I was introduced to their shatta by a friend. I was impressed by the short list of only natural ingredients and use of extra virgin olive oil so I ordered all 5 of their products. (ever tried to buy pesto that has extra virgin olive oil in it?? rare as hen's teeth!). So I'm cool with the price also-- which is excellent value for money compared to similar products.

I just made my second order. I love the hot sauce, jam, and red shatta. I had to reorder the green (jalpeño), it hasn't areivwd yet. The habanero is the hottest of the three and I haven't mustered the courage to try it because the red shatta pleasantly burns my face off as it is. I will order again once the second order is done.

One of the co-founders was very present when responding to a couple of my concerns-- I forgot to add an item to my order, he inserted it immediately, when their orders were delayed, they sent an email notifying customers. When there were some packaging hiccoughs, the co-founder responded immediately to my email, walked me through their logistics so I understood what had happened and refunded the price of the two items which arrived with their jar seals raised.

Fil is a fantastic product! Shatta as it should be. The Shatta jam is amazing. I am pairing it with manchego cheese. It is great. Enjoy!

Fil has recently become a must-have at home! It is a very versatile product, it tastes amazing, and the package always comes wrapped in a very sweet. We tried all products, but our favourites are Shatta Jam, Shatta Hot Sauce and Bird's Eye Shatta. Highly recommend trying them out!

I bought four items - Birds Eye, Habanero, Jalapeño and Shatta Jam, all delicious and really interesting.

Then I went to Imad’s iconic Syrian restaurant in Kingly Court, Carnaby St, and there they were - Fil Shatta’s great products on the menu. Wonderful.

Just the best Palestinian shatta! Bought all four as a gift and the Birds Eye for myself. There was a problem with the delivery which they went out of their way to resolve. My brother is buzzing with them!

Obsessed with the shatta jam! I honestly put it on everything, its so yummy. Amazing customer service too, will definitely be buying from Fil again :)

Loved the fil, wonderful taste to it, went really well with nachos!

Didn’t like the products, the jam was very runny and seemed to have no chilli flakes in it as you may expect and the shatta was very vinegary.

I discovered Fil at a market stall and have since also ordered from them online. I LOVE the habanero shatta and the jam. My husband is a hot sauce aficionado and he also loves Fil. I'm sure we'll be repeat customers for years to come.

Really lovely. I bought these as I am following someone on insta. She used the chilli jam in a recipe. The chilli jam is delicious! The seller contacted me as there was some issue with the jar. I got a refund for one of the jar without any quibble.

Fil have created incredible products that are now must-haves in my fridge! All the Shattas are extremely versatile and spice up every dish.
I have ordered a fair few times for gifts and personal consumption and delivery is always speedy and reliable.

Shatta is simply the best condiment, brightens up any dish and it’s the first thing I grab for in the fridge. Have purchased many jars over the year and I will absolutely be buying more!

Incredible staple for every dish. The box of four can also be a nice gift, taster of each “fil”. Came with a personal hand-written note!

Love this stuff!

The Shatta Jam is superb with cheese dishes (I made a halloumi burger). The green and red shattas go great with meat, chicken and fish.

Ordered from Dubai. Arrived in perfect condition.
Taste is wonderful. The jam perfect with cheese. The yellow shatta in any sandwich. The green super tasty. The red for the brave😊
