As discussed over email, we have now issued a full refund for your order and can see that the watch strap was delivered, it was just delayed in transit, we hope your husband was pleased with their birthday gift (even if it was late), and we hope it makes you feel a bit better knowing that you got your first watch strap from us free of charge!
