I registered with this company in March 2023, encouraged by their job posting on Proz.com, a platform for professional translators. My profile was approved but I have never received any work, and there does not seem to be a way to communicate with the team to ask any questions.

Sadly, I have NOTHING to review.
My profile was approved on September 2022, now it's June 2023 and during these 9 months, nothing ever happened. Not a single project, not a single email with news, not a single contact, NOTHING!
Finally, this week I got an email, requesting me to "share my experience of working with Gettranslation". Well, I have NOTHING to share cause I have NEVER worked with Getttranslation since my profile was approved, so I give it only 1 star.
Seems my languages (ES-Latam and PT-Br) aren't in Gettranslation's scope of work.
