Get tickets 365 is a SCAM. I paid almost 2200$ for 4 world cup tickets not understanding I wouldn't get them right away. I tried to Whatsapp them and the US number is no longer in service and no response on the whatsapp at all. All of which months ago were all working. I've contacted my credit card company and they are investigating.

I had a very frustrating experience with customer support.

My account remained unapproved for over a month, despite being told it would take 24–48 hours. Because of this, I was unable to use the resale service as intended.

After multiple follow-ups (often without response), the company decided to issue a full refund for the entire order, even though I clearly requested a refund for only one ticket.

This decision affected other people in the booking, as the remaining tickets were cancelled without proper resolution. Shortly after, the same tickets were relisted at a higher price.

The handling of the situation was poor and the lack of timely communication made things unnecessarily stressful.

I hope the company improves its support response times and handles similar situations more fairly in the future.

I liked very much Bocelli.I disliked the organization.It's unacceptable that we all had to wait for the orchestra in the queue due to the slowness and disorganization in the VIP parking. That issue has to be solved in future events for the respect of the public and the punctuality of the concert. Not Get365tickets fault though but the organisors.
