5 out of 5 for me. The needle of my very old turntable needed to be replaced. I phoned in, the knowledge is unbelievable. He knew exactly how the cartridge is fitted, which needle and which cartridge, if I wanted to upgrade it a little bit (my turntable is at least 25 years old). He gave me a few options and explained very well

Excellent service! The belt ordered was 5mm width instead of 4mm. I contacted the owner and the correct item arrived on the next working day. Owner didn't even need me to return the incorrect belt. So my problem was sorted out as soon as they possibly could and no cost to me.

I ordered a needle that was advertised as compatible with my player. However, it wasn't. When I got in touch, they said that I should have read the small print somewhere in the order regarding needle models.

The main problem here is that the person who runs this business doesn't care absolutely. We have exchanged more than 21 emails over the past two months, I already sent him the needle back as instructed, and he still haven't given me the refund. He ignores emails and need to be chased constantly.

I am not sure whether this some sort of scam, or simply the worst customer service ever. Either way, I would not recommend using this website as there are plenty of other providers that can't be really as bad and disrespectful to their clients as this site.

Bought a stylus for a Bush MTT1 turntable, when fitted the sound was terrible, contacted the the company and was told that I’d damaged it by fitting it incorrectly, and they would not replace it, they refused to even inspect it, I’m an electrical engineer I’ve worked with lots of delicate equipment and I did not damage it, they were not interested, take my advise try elsewhere

Purchased a stylus for an old E77 cartridge. The stylus was found to be twisted on arrival. Contacted 'Get the needle' ( Or 'Software Division' as is the companys other name) with the explaination. He said return it for a refund or replacement.
Heard nothing for some time so I got in contact again. He then says it must have been ok when packed ( wasn't packed at all well) so doesn't warrant a refund.
So he now has my money and the returned stylus. Seems to be a bit of a thief to me.
I have opened a case with the credit card company to retrieve my money.
This company appears a bit dodgy at best.
