A non delivery back in May 2026.still waiting for my money to be returned.
I contact We Sooth..they keep telling me my item it out for delivery and I can track my parcel..yet when I put n my order number and details it's says no order found..terrible service don't order from this company I've lost £70.

Again I only ordered two pairs of…

Again I only ordered two pairs of socks,and found I had paid for two pairs and an extra 4 pairs, that I didn’t want and don’t think I ordered!After a number of emails was offered 50% refund,on Dec 21st which I accepted but am yet to see any money. Obviously I am not alone!

Poor business practice of charging for items not authorized

I made a purchase for 2 pairs of socks which was 38.00usd and after confirmation I saw they charged an additional 39.00usd for something I didn't authorise. I contacted immediately to their help line, sent numerous Emails, sent twice through their form and still no reply
I received confirmation the order was being prepared,
(but not sent) and again wrote to cancel.
ORDER NBR 5548699877584 / TRACKING NUMBER SYIL007376306.
BBB, HAS STEPPED IN AND IT SEEMS THE COMPANY WILL REFUND MY PURCHASE. BUT I WILL NOT REMOVE THIS REVIEW
Until I actually see my credit card has been adjusted.

Scam

This company's ordering procedure, as reflected in a number of other reviews, is confusing and designed to lure customers into buying more than they intended. Significantly more in my particular case, over 3 times the order I intended to place. As other people my experience was that you are bombarded with other offers, which are difficult to by-pass, and are unaware that you have been duped into ordering more until you see the amounts on your credit card. It is sharp practice at best and an outright scam at worst. I was offered an immediate 50% refund and to keep the 9 pairs of socks I ended up with, having only intended to order 2 pairs. I have accepted to avoid the hassle of trying to return them and wait for a full refund, which I am not confident of receiving, and now stuck with a load of socks which don't even fit my husband and a good £50.00 down. Don't use this company, there are other socks from reputable companies available.

Confusing ordering system. Customer Service was a big help.

I only wished to order 1 pair of socks. As I pushed the button to submit the order, I was directed to multiple add-ons. It was confusing to me. So I ended up ordering extra items. I immediately contacted Customer Service and they were very helpful. Everything was resolved to my satisfaction.

Scammed

Husband ordered 1 pair of socks and received a confirmation message totaling $139.22. I immediately cancelled the order, well within the 12 hours required. The cancellation was never acknowledged. The package arrived with 5 pair of socks and other junk I did not order. Tried to find out how to return but only got a chatbot that was not helpful.

Customer Service not customer responsive

Initially I tried to order 1 or 2 (don't remember exact #) but I accidently ordered 6. I immediately sent a email saying it was a mistake. The card was charged & I got no reply. OK, I'll send them back. No response to my emails or calls so I am stuck with 5 pair of these ridiculous socks that don't compress.

DO NOT BUY THESE SOCKS. Too big. Return policy only accepts unopened packages. How can you try them without opening package. Return process cumbersome and cost to ship more than they’re worth.

Soothe Relieve is a scam organization…

Soothe Relieve is a scam organization affiliated with BandooT and MB VERSUS MEDIA. When I tried to order ONE pair of socks they put me down for 4! I tried to correct it and they continued to add a pair each time. Total fraud. Everyone with a problem should contact your bank and PayPal if you used it. I have read they have had hundreds(probably more) of complaints due to shady business practices. Shame on them, a company located out of the United Arab Emirates according to one source.

Nurse approved!

As a nurse for over 38 years, my feet ached at night. These socks have dramatically improved my discomfort! I can get up in the morning and walk pain free. Great feeling!!
