Very powerful inspection service that saves me a massive amount of time to keep my properties safe!

I had a great experience working with Jack from Rent Check. He was patient, fun to deal with, and always very quick to respond to my messages. He made the whole process much easier and less stressful for us. His professionalism and positive attitude really stood out, and I truly appreciated all of his help.

My experience with RentCheck has been very positive. The platform makes inspections much easier to manage. I would especially like to recognize the Human Agents team, specially Tanajah, who has been amazing. She is always quick to respond and goes above and beyond to help, regardless of how complex the issue is. Her support is truly appreciated!

RentCheck takes more than an hour to complete in addition to any extra time to charge your phone if you haven’t planned ahead.

If you met with a real person to check out of your apartment instead of RentCheck, it would take 15 minutes.

I would stay away. The software is okay, but it doesn't integrate well with Appfolio. The real reason for the 1-star review, though, is their cancellation policy. Apparently, they require 30 days' notice to cancel, and they make it extremely difficult to do so. There's no cancellation button under your account, so you have to chat with one of their reps, who tries to convince you to stay. The whole process took almost 30 minutes to cancel a product I no longer use.

I’m a contract who works for realities that use rent check. I like how the app is set up but I’m having a lot of trouble with it loading my images and videos… also and more importantly I’ll complete a rent check and when it’s done and it’s up for review when it’s open on the realtors end some times I loose total progress and the pictures I had on RentCheck disappear and I’m left with 1/4 of the photos I documented. It this bc of saving my documents incorrectly or not saving them at all. And can my realtors delete photos and videos I upload. Please response I’ve lost many hrs of my time and hundreds of dollars.

I am so disappointed that none my devices will allow access for me to take photos. Please provide a work around. Thanks!
Instead if assisting me, I was told the problem was me. Poor customer service.

Rentcheck has made managing my move ins and move outs SO much more uniform and transparent! The inspection features they provide are much more detailed and usable than the AppFolio included inspections.
I've used rentcheck for going on 2.5 months now, and we manage about 300 units.
