Loved your product. I bought some items for my girlfriend and liked them so much. I bought some for myself as well.

Absolutely hooked!!!!😍 The mask is unbelievable!!!!Love how it has a tanned skin color when you brush it on....but wow after you take this off....glass like skin!!!Can't rave enough about the moisturizers and serum..everyone must experience this line!!!Oh and the scent,divine😍

I’d like to give two stars, but i enjoy the products too much. I’ve been trying to contact your CS team for two weeks to no available. My product arrived dried and half the container only full (eye cream) and i want To exchange it for the night lotion instead on the promo i got This from. I am VERY disappointed in this company. Customer service is everything. I work In CS so i know

Everything overall is great, but I noticed that the cleanser has a leak and all the product keeps seeping through even though the cap is closed tight. A lot of product is going to waste.

I got introduced to this brand by youtuber gabi dimartino, and I love it.

I reached out to customer service because I received the wrong products and the eye cream was old and dried out. Never got an answer..

My eye cream was hard, not good. It looks old. Won't spread. Not creamy. I really wish someone would contact me and replace this product. I was very excited to try this product, but can't.

I have been using Pumpkin & Spice for years.The exfoliant wash and the day and night bundles.It's the only facial products I buy.So light and creamy good and smells like Fall.Like aroma therapy for your face.

I was having some issues with my order and not only did this company reach out to me they also sent me replacements. They truly care about their customers

I did not receive my free beanie. It said if I purchased a certain amount, if would be included in my order. I have no received anything and I haven't gotten a response back yet either.

I love the products. My skin works really well with pumpkin extract, so it's cleared my skin a lot.

Omg so the only reason I gave 1 star was because I ordered the nighttime lotion and eye cream and got the day lotion and my eye cream was almost empty and dried solid. I contacted customer service and was told I would be sent the night cream once it was available because it was on back order. They argued with me about the eye cream and after weeks of arguing about this eye cream they finally sent me three eye creams and another day lotion but guess what?? I never got my night lotion!!! It’s insane!! The products are amazing and I think they just got swamped with orders honestly because I ordered at peek fall season and I do love the products so yes I will order more and I hope this is just a fluke. I do love the eye cream though and the replacement jars weren’t dried solid but I really wanted that night lotion damnit!!

The service was amazing!! Everything arrived quickly and packaged nicely. Received email confirmations to let me know when my order was shipped.
