Weightloss consultation is a Complete scam. They make you do a survey, you qualify for a consultation, then no show on the video calls. When you ask for your money back, they say that the phantom doctor says your BMI is too low to qualify for weight loss solutions (ozempic) . So they take your money and give you a bull excuse for not showing
Terrible experience with OVA I highly recommend to stay away from them. Dr Hui displayed unprofessionalism - when asked about the differences of the pills, he responded that he can’t possibly explain over the telephone consult and that I have to read up on my own. 😅 so why do we need Dr’s consult then? Also they auto renewed my pills and billed me under renewal, despite me reaching out to their customer service immediately before the items are packed - they disregarded and shared that they’re unable to do the refunds since it’s auto deduction and sub applied on my account
OVA SINGAPORE REVIEW: I had a consult with Dr Angela Liu for period delay tablets and was disappointed with the professionalism and standard of care. She did not introduce herself at any point (so not even 100% sure I am reviewing the right doc), she did not ask any open-ended question "how can I help today?/what are you looking for? etc" or take important bits of history e.g. ask if my cycle is regular. She did not discuss risks, side effects, how to take the medication etc with me and rushed to cut the call while having a coughing fit, not asking "do you have any questions/want me to clarify anything?" at the end. It was lacking professionalism and frankly risked patient safety, leaving patients feeling disempowered from making decisions. Don't really recommend her, especially when you are paying for the service.
