Very disappointing service
Very disappointing service. I received the payment receipt, but more than 30 minutes have passed and I still haven’t received my onward ticket or booking confirmation. I contacted support twice and received no response. This is especially frustrating when you need the ticket urgently. I expected much faster service and proper customer support. I would not recommend using this service if you need a ticket urgently.

Second time using this service.. had ticket details in less than a minute both times.. was asked to show them this time before boarding my flight and they worked perfectly.

An absolute MUST! of a service (for expats going to the Philippines)
Yall saved me a bunch of bucks with this. This is my fourth time to the Philippines and instead of wasting a couple hundred on a throwaway ticket. $14 for this. Perfect! I’m married in the Philippines and it really helped a lot!

I just found out about this and it's great.
I just found out about this and it's great. I retired to Cebu and often travel to the surrounding countries, or back to the US. It's expensive to always buy a wasted ticket out to Taiwan or Singapore. I appreciate your service!

Best customer service ever
The service I got today making my Schengen visa reservation ticket was phenomenal at first I made a mistake with the dates I then emailed back panicking I was shocked to quickly get the response and everything was fixed new updated dates were amended wow I would greatly recommend their services very professional and quick to respond the process of making the booking was so quick and response time amazing excellent customer service service
