The product itself is amazing. I have mild lymphedema in one leg and bad neuropathy in both feet and since using this product my feet haven't been bothering me and my leg has truly gone down to almost normal again. Honestly the only downfall was the shipping process but I just know now to order 2 months before I run out.
Yes this product has put my life back on track. I did my annual A1C and to discover my numbers areal back to normal. I am so grateful for taking the product. It's a real blessing
I started taking this product about 3 months ago. I started with one pill a day and didn’t see to big of a result. So I went to two a day. I have seen a change in my numbers , but they are up and down from 140’s down to 120’s. My only issue with this company is that it says it’s a USA company but ships from overseas. That makes no since to me. But when asked, they said it is because the Cinnamon is grown in different areas of the world. The good thing is, I don’t have the awful side affects I had from taking Ozempic. I would recommend trying it out.
The jury is still out on this product. My first batch came from China and took several weeks to arrive. Interesting since your ad mentioned a Kansas manufacturing facility. I'm also aware that counterfeit products were being sold. I have noticed some lower overnight numbers with no hypoglycemic numbers, usually less than 100 for 90 days and shorter hyperglycemic spikes. My doctor has me wearing a Libre 3 CGM so I have a good record of my history. I am also taking a liquid product called Sugar Harmony that may be helping.
The CGM is less accurate than finger sticks but acceptable numbers. High and low numbers vary by up to 30 points. Your product may be working. I just can't say with certainty it is the direct cause my results. The China thing bothers me but my second order originated in the US and packaging was identical.
I placed my order with expedited shipping and the order took about six weeks to arrive.
I believe that since starting Ceylon’s, June 7-2026 in the morning only one a day. My legs and feet seem to be recovering feelings.
The company's customer service is great. They responded to my questions the same day I asked my question. They were very helpul and friendly.

Took your product for 3 months, didn't see any results in my blood glucose, infact it seemed to go higher, the last pouch I doubled to 2 a day , any advice would be helpful

I took their products for 90 days. I thought the product was expensive for what you got. This product did nothing to aid my blood sugars. During this time diet didn't change and my numbers had no improvement compared to before. I would recommend most people to not purchase this product. Look at other alternatives.
I had a positive experience with Lirae Customer Service. I began a re-order, unchecked the Subscription box on the order page, but noticed the Automatic Subscription on the payment page,so I zeroed out my cart and closed the app. Cust Serv contacted me because I didn't continue my order. I explained my reason and they responded that if I ordered and sent them the order#, they would review my order to make sure it did not include the Subscription. I proceeded with the order and they shortly responded to me, that they received and reviewed the order assuring me it did not include the Subscription and thanking me for making them aware of that error so they could make the correction.
The product does not work. I've been trying for 2 months to get my money back on an automatic shipment that they sent, and they will not send me a return authorization so I can return the product and receive credit.
I placed an order for their Ceylon Cinnamon capsules on 12 April. I received a shipment notification on 13 April. On 23 April I sent an email requesting the order status as it had not arrived, and requested that the order be cancelled and my payment refunded. I was sent an email apology for the delay stating that this due to high demand. I'm still waiting for the delivery. No further response has been received. This looks like a scam preying on people with the serious long term medical condition of Type 2 diabetes. Do not buy from this company.
