I had some questions about their bed frames and, to my great surprise, someone picked up immediately. I didn't even have to go through several transfers or endure a long hold with an annoying, automated repetitive message like I typically need to when calling a company's customer service department.

Chris was very kind, answered my questions and provided amazing customer service. This was my first time interacting with British customer service, and now, after having talked to Chris, I'm under the impression that British customer service is the best.

Lewis did a lot of converting dimensions for me . Then It was customized and he wasn’t bothered at all with the additional answers he had to provide.

Customer Service was very quick to respond and was very helpful.

I was thinking of changing my order and called the company and dealt with Grace, who was most helpful with my change of order, nothing was any trouble. Refreshing to get true Customer Service and talk to a helpful human being.
This is quite a rare experience unfortunately these days, when we are left hanging on the phone for hours as company's tell us they are too busy to answer our call!

Superbe qualité de fabrication, montage/assemblage très facile, beaux modèles, vaste gamme : c'est vraiment ce qui se fait de mieux et la livraison s'est toujours bien passée avec des éléments parfaitement emballés et protégés.
L'intégralité des lits étant garantie 11 (onze !) ans, j'ai testé il y a peu le service client pour une latte d'un lit âgé ed 5 ans qui avait un petit défaut (nœud mal placé) et qui l'avait fragilisée.
Un grand merci à Amy qui m'a immédiatement fait envoyer deux lattes (dont une supplémentaire au cas-où) en remplacement arrivées en France une semaine après. Vraiment parfait !
Franchement, il est impossible d'être déçu avec Get Laid Beds. Cette société et ses produits sont hautement recommandables ! Longue vie à eux (et à leurs superbes lits) !

I just bought my bed. Throughout the process of deciding I was helped by Lewis who was extremely helpful. Over the course of a couple weeks he answered all my questions regardless of how mundane and offered a solution to a problem I was having with my bed clearance. His service was outstanding. Can't wait to get my new bed!

We needed to modify and update our order because we changed our minds about the type of wood for the bed we ordered. Lewis helped me process the modifications and updated order while kindly and patiently answering my additional questions along the process. His customer service and communications are top notch. He was repeatedly able to quickly and simply continue the process with the updated order while simultaneously answering my side questions about other details.

Steven helped me out and solved my problem quickly and with no hassle

I was worried about not being home for the delivery from across the pond! and wondered if it would be be hard to get in touch with someone at Get Laid beds. Turned out to be so easy. Reached Steven within a minute and he was so polite, friendly and able to help me very quickly. I really appreciated the excellent customer service he provided!

This is a really great company. They have just the type of product I was looking for, a good website, a phone number and great sales people. Steven was very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Exceeded my expectations.
