I sent 2 boosters (from Boundaries Crossed) to getgraded a while back and they came back with the same cert number, Then sent again after reaching out on discord to them, and Black Kyurem came back as White Kyurem.
It was just too dishearting and gave up reaching out to them because I didn't want to tell them they messed up again.

Then saw they had new labels and I left a comment in their Facebook explaining the above history, whos staff on the account suggested emailing the team about it, and so I reached out. As long as they covered to price for the label for the error one I was okay paying postage (again) so emailed them on February 4th, now March 25th with no reply.

I also commented on their Facebook again since it seemed like my account order history had been wiped and wondered if there was a system reset I missed from not grading for so long because of this issue, but again, no response.

I would advise anyone not to bother cause if it goes wrong it just a headache to fix and more money out of your pocket bringing any value down.
If it's for your personal collection and it's a 10 in your heart that's all that matters.

Hi my name his mark Kendall and I had a few hundred card graded by this company before they stole 150 of my cards,they told me they never received them even though I have confirmation from them on my phone saying don't worried there here.I told them that I am taking them to court so I got myself a solicitor, the solicitor told me I couldn't take them to court because they have folded the company then restarted up the company two weeks later with the same name and director, I have been a collector of pokemon since 1999 so you don't expect to be robbed by fellow enthusiasts, but that's what this company did to me.I have never received any moneys from them even the payment for the missing cards to be graded which was £1050.l also paid £3000 on credit card for other card I was supposed to send for grading but declined when they told me they had lost my cards.I asked for my money back,they said no I only had a certain time scale to get a refund which had passed,only because I had been waiting for them to grade my cards which took four months. I would be very careful if dealing with this company because your cards are not insured

Do not use this company if you plan on reselling the card. Check youtube and market comparisons for more info. Heads up

If I could give 10 stars I would so so helpful I drove up there to get some cards graded and what a team what a service absolutely will not grade with anyone els !!! And my cards come back as 10s and 9.5s they even gave me a gift box with a slab and cards top loads battle box and more for my nephews birthday kiran absolute legend best in the uk and soon to conquer the world look out psa GET GRADED are on their way !!!

I decided to give Getgraded a try, as I didn’t want to go with the other uk company because of the owner hype and grades based on the graders feelings that day. I love the black and silver labels and the grading standards are similar to Beckett but a cheaper price and closer to home. safe to say they were great. The turn around is well on track for the 15-20 day estimate. They update the process every step of the way and They have always addressed any queries I have had no mater how small. Honestly I can’t fault them at all. Great job

Just received my first order back and could not be more impressed by the service. Very good customer service, rapid turnaround and great communication. I will definitely use again for further grading.

It took about a month for my card to return. However, it was well worth the wait. The grading and casing is excellent. Very pleased. I will be sending more.

this was my first card graded I was thinking about another company but Excellent prices and packaging I loved the little scratch card.

I have had several cards graded now by this company. I’ll not use another company simply because the turn around on my cards have all been quick, It’s a smooth easy process and if I have any queries I just drop them a message on instagram and they are quick to answer with a friendly reply. The slabs have a nice sleek look to them.

Currently awaiting another delivery from them today too 👌🏽

I’ve used this company three times now. I may really great to turn on times are quite quick thank you very much for the service although some of the grades came back as unexpected but quite fair will be using again nice slabs.

Very affordable, nice labels, decent slabs and a strict grading process (in my opinion, this is a good thing). Funky little scratcher with a prize packaged in with your cards AND they return your semi-rigids!

3 stars as there does, however, appear to be some sort of crumb encased within one of my cards. These are only for the personal collection and the card itself isn’t very valuable, it’s still a bit of an eyesore.

Great service got regular updates along the way arrived well packaged arrived well with in the 20 days brilliant will be getting some more ready to send this week

A great team of people with a wide understanding of the hobby. It is clear they are in it for the the love. Always on hand to help and fair and consistent with the service provided. I have used them a number of times and always had a great experience!

Honestly one of the best grading company’s. The owners are amazing and very friendly I will always join one of there whatnot streams and chat to them. 10/10 service and 10/10 communication. 100% recommend using them.

Brilliant Company! I have used GetGraded a few times now and have found the level of service exemplary! I use the normal service and my cards are graded and sent out within the 20 working days. They are packaged well with slab sleeves and bubble wrap. Kieran, Shane and the rest of the team are doing a great service to the UK market. I am surprised by some of the negatives reviews (seems to mainly be 1 person) as this has not been my experience or anyone else’s that I speak to. Keep up the great work guys!
