I had a subscription order that usps marked as delivered but I never received it. I contacted customer support and they had my order to me in 3 days.

As a coffee snob the flavor delivers and I was astounded by the cognitive boost and cognitive endurance that it delivers. I had tried many other functional coffees, Everyday Dose, Rise, Laird etc.. none come remotely close in flavor or function. Perfect for C- suite executives or aging executives who need to stay sharp. Or for anyone with a mentally taxing job. Truly a game changer. I’m now a happy subscriber!

I absolutely LOVE first person. Sunbeam is my go to since 2022. Customer service has always been very prompt and kind. If I do not have my sunbeam, I notice delay in my focus and motivation to perform at work. I believe it’s worth the price and investment to myself. I’ve tried other supplements and been left with headaches and crashes. I highly recommend giving it a try.

Do not shop at First Person unless u want to get scammed & ripped off. My order was missing over $100 worth of pills and they told me they would ship out the rest & never did, they will lie to u. BEWARE THIS CO. IS A SCAM. ALSO, THE PILLS DON'T DO AS THEY SAY. ITS ALL A SCAM.

Ordered in March 2024, shipped in December 2025 after I changed cities and addresses, immediately reached out to customer service who was super unhelpful. They said they changed the address and I would receive it. March 2026(two years after the initial order), I reached out again, they said it was delivered to my current address and sent me a tracking notification with my old address on it, then suggested I reach out to the people who live there.
Terrible customer service, I was interested by the brand and their design and now I just want a refund or atleast what I ordered.
