The product broke almost immediately after one use, and it wasn't anything to do with the mechanics, the plastic that holds the metal massagers just fell off as if it had never been attached properly. I complained, and they said they were assessing the situation and would get back to me, three weeks later, after chasing, and I've heard nothing. Still waiting for my refund... Also the product seems to have disappeared from their website, so questioning whether it's all a scam.

Clearly a scam. Cheap product that barely works. Website advertised a ‘great’ trustpilot score with ‘100s of reviews’ yet the profile isn’t linked, it’s just a static image. Finally find the profile and there are a handful of clearly made up reviews. Says shipped from Sweden but mine took 2 weeks to come from China, clearly so I can’t claim money back as it’s outside the 14 days since purchase. £65 down the drain, wish I did more research into the company before buying.
