Do not deal with this company they are the worst . I order this never received the meds and they took my money. Now trying to get my money back and they can seem to do it . Be warned do deal with this company !!!!!!

Product shipped after note from provider it would not unless account was reactivated. Script arrived within 72hrs of initial interaction with team even with cancellation and withdrawal prior to script approval.

The dumbest people you will ever speak to

I have never dealt with such incompetent people who couldn’t even get me the medication i needed. I am currently taking 40 units and i switched over to amrx thinking I was going to save money right? WRONG. They took my money and gave me the wrong dosage, so I asked over and over if they could send me the right vial. For almost A WHOLE MONTH they kept saying “we’ll follow up with a provider to get you the correct dosage” guess what? They wanted to charge me for a new vial! It wasn’t my fault that the first provider couldn’t read to save their life and sent me the wrong dosage. The headache these people gave me wasn’t worth staying in the program. I cancelled my subscription before they can charge me. And you know what else? When I tried to cancel through customer service they kept arguing with me about not cancelling. They were incredibly rude! I ended up cancelling through the site which also kept giving me a hard time to cancel, I had to go through 8 pages of “are you sure you want to cancel? We’ll offer you xyz.” It makes you wonder why they are trying so hard to keep their patients. Maybe it’s because they’re scammers who are losing money. I ended up switching to Hers and immediately got approval for the CORRECT DOSAGE. How long did it take? Not even 6 hours. Do NOT use getamrx, they will rob you and lie to you about getting the right medication. Every single person I spoke to or dealt with needs to get fired and the company needs to get sued. Let me know when I can get into that lawsuit.

I went through this company and they had charged me twice for the monthly membership I canceled my prescription they said they offer a refunds but they said they don't when I talk to somebody that said they won't refund my money so now I will have to go through my bank and do a fraud charge with them do not go through this company they have horrible service and you will not get what you need

Do NOT PURCHASE. THIS SITE IS A SCAM. I have reached out to them 4 times now. After they get all of my name, DOB, EMAIL, they claim they can't hear. " You are breaking up, I can't hear you".

This site is a scam! Do NOT ENGAGE. They don't handle problems and they don't send product! DO NOT ENGAGE. Spread the word to anyone inquiring!!!

If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I would. I'm a victim of this scam! I wish I had done more research on them! They advertise $39 for the weight loss shots, but it is not that's a membership fee & without my consent, they charged an additional $199. Make sure you read the fine print; they have the worst customer service. THEY WILL LITERALLY reach out to you once the order is too late to cancel. They have zero transparency and accountability. My BIGGEST REGRET OF 2026. Take your money elsewhere.

Medication costs depend on your treatment plan and insurance coverage. If your insurance does not cover a prescribed GLP-1 medication, your provider may discuss other options with you, including non-GLP medications included with your membership or GLP-1 medications available for an additional cost.
Your provider determines the prescription based on the medical information you submit during intake and follow-up care. Once a prescription is issued, we send it to our partner pharmacy as quickly as possible to avoid delays.
If you request a cancellation, we will immediately contact the pharmacy. However, if the order has already been filled, we may be unable to cancel or refund it.

I was curious to see the pricing of…

I was curious to see the pricing of GLP-1 and I was looking at this website and the next day I had a $670 charge to my account I tried contacting them but it’s like talking to a brick wall and they refused to offer any help. I ended up receiving this product and tried to use it so it wasn’t a complete waste of $670 and I got EXTREMELY SICK I was throwing up for 12 hours straight I couldn’t even keep water or ice chips down. I ended up going to the hospital for severe dehydration and had to get an IV for fluids and electrolytes along with Zofran. I know nausea is a common side effect but this was 100x worse than just nausea. I now have the $670 for a product that made me deathly sick along with my hospital bill. If you’re thinking about using this company RUN!!!!!!!

I was just on the phone minutes ago…

I was just on the phone minutes ago with my bank because these mf aren’t going to refund me for the charges they made without authorization. They “sent” the medication without even letting me know.
Honestly, it’s just a scam!! Please be aware that you’ll probably lose your money because bank can’t help.

Scammers - stay far away!

I agree with other reviewers - stay away from AMRx (aka getAMRx), definitely a SCAM company, which apparently is a shady subsidiary of Zealthy, a more well-known name in GLP-1 circles. The email address they provide on their website doesn't exist, so you'll just get a bounce back if you try to contact them that way. If you call them, they'll assure you that's their email address and ignore your request for a refund of the $39 "membership fee" that they charge you just for the privilege of looking at their website, before even providing them with answers to the questionnaire that a doctor would need to evaluate you (which answers I didn't even give them). Then ZEALTHY starts bombarding you with requests for copies of your medical insurance cards, just so it seems like they're earning the $39 they stole from you. I guess I'll have to ask for a chargeback through my bank, which AMRx will probably dispute by showing that I DID provide my credit card number, but only because they force you to, just to proceed further into their website to find out prices, which is really what we're all looking for. I did NOT check the box that stated that I was accepting their terms and conditions for their recommendation of semiglutide, specifically because I was looking for tirzepatide. When I called though, the rep. kept insisting I had checked that box, which he claimed allowed them to collect the $39. I told him I most certainly had NOT, and if they checked it on my behalf that was fraud. This all fell on deaf ears of course, as I think AMRx exists solely to collect $39 from every poor fool that happens onto their website. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!

SCAM!!

SCAM!!! I signed up for GLP1 medicine and their monthly membership. They withdrew the membership money immediately then the next day $685 TWICE for 3month supply after they asked for my banking information again saying my payment didn’t go through. I’ve reached out to them to return my money numerous times with no response. I contacted my bank and have to file a police report and wait up to 60 days to see if I get my money back. I wish I did a little research about this company before giving them my account information to steal my $$.

AMRx is a total scam

AMRx is a total scam. Please avoid this company. They are not reputable at all. They want your payment information from the very beginning and will charge you before you have even completed their questionnaire. That alone makes this company extremely shady. You can never get anyone on the phone. They have chat feature that doesn't work. Chatting means I type something and get a response from them. Their chat takes 2-3 days before you get a response. That is a message, not a chat. Please, run from this company. Don't fall prey to the bad business.

This is a scam. They charge you $40 without telling you and then tell you its not refundable. I called and emailed them the same day I was charged and they ignored me on purpose and then contacted me back to tell the refund window is closed. Dont not buy from these people

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with AMRX and would not recommend this company.
Their Instagram ads strongly imply that your first month of GLP-1 medication costs around $39–$40. What is not made clear upfront is that this amount is actually just the start of a membership fee — not the medication itself.
After completing a questionnaire and paying, I was informed that the charge is non-refundable because a “provider already reviewed my information and prescribed medication.” This is extremely questionable, as I never completed onboarding, never spoke with a provider, and never received any confirmation or proof that a licensed medical professional reviewed my information or wrote a prescription.
For a legitimate prescription medication, patients should speak with a provider before anything is prescribed. The lack of transparency, combined with the refusal to refund despite no consultation or delivered medication, makes this feel misleading at best and predatory at worst.
If you’re considering AMRX, read the fine print very carefully and be aware that the advertised pricing is not what it appears to be.
