I want to return an item and am being punished because I don't have a printer. This means not only will I lose out on the £3.95 handling fee I will lose out even more to send the item back.
Unfortunately the item itself hurt my ankle and shin more hence the return and they offered to give me store credit or a gift card so I get the full amount back ... why would that help when I am not getting along with your ankle support?
The customer service is terrible and they really don't care unless you love their product.

Firstly Charlotte from customer service was amazing. I placed the order and it arrived the next day. Unfortunately the wrong size had been sent but after a couple of emails a new correct sized one was despatched the same day and arrived the following day. I had already purchased calf supports from Amazon and whilst they were ok they just weren’t (in my option) quite right. Saw reviews for Bearhug online and thought I’d give them a crack. It’s already made a massive difference and doesn’t even feel like I’m wearing it. Perfect for my shin splints which have already improved so much. Yes they are probably more expensive than others that are available but it’s definitely worth paying the extra. After all you can’t put a price on quality. Also the colour isn’t an issue for me. Makes a change from boring black.

A well made, functional knee brace.

Purchased a couple of knee supports due to usual twinges which come with age. Since using them for my running they’ve made a big difference. The aching I got after a run disappeared. I just completed my first half marathon using them and they were great, felt like I had way more spring in my step. I went with the largest size XXL, fits very firmly over my knees. Others have said that they have issues with them rolling down, I’ve never had this but I think it is important to get the right size. Highly recommend the product.

Easy and helpful especially when I needed to swop sizes

Quality ankle supports, bought size medium as per sizing instructions and they fit perfectly. Fast delivery and kept me informed every step of the way…….perfect! 👍

I purchased the Bearhug thigh compression support, not cheap by the way, which I wear for 90 minutes twice weekly as a grass roots referee. It tends to roll down after 20 minutes so I have to keep pulling it up which is irritating, one of the players pointed out to me last week during a game that I had a trail of orange thread hanging. When I took the support off the stitching was unravelling in the areas I have to keep pulling up. I contacted the company who gave me conflicting information on refund / returns, when I eventually managed to get some sense out of them I was told without even seeing the item that this was due to friction or washing ( it had yet to be washed) and because it was out of the 30 day returns they couldn't help me. So basically don't expect it to last longer than 30 days. Cannot recommend. Badly made, probably in China.
EDIT:... Further to my review yesterday I have learned that this company tried unsuccessfuly to have this review removed sighting defamatory comments, so claiming my comments are false, I have proof in photos of the undone stitching and emails from Bearhug, claiming it was due to friction and washing. This alone speaks for itself.

Really comfortable knee support during climbing - no slippage and less bulky than my old supports

Have been buying Bearhug for some years, great service in general. Recently I purchased an elbow support but in the wrong size, when I mentioned this they had me send it back even though I had discarded the packaging. They dispatched the correct item within an hour of me returning the package to the post office with a free post label Bearhug provided. Great service, highly recommend.

Really good fit and feel to the ankle sleeves, I do already have calf and also thigh and knee bearhugs, so I knew what to expect from them, if you're having any ankle issues these help until you have recovered, they won't repair any damage or injury (they don't claim to) but they sure do help with supporting an injury, so long as you ease up until recovered.
Yes, certianly recommend them.

This is my second purchase as was pleased with my first one. I have MS so it help supports my leg I drag.
Was recommended it from my physio
but she did think there was a scheme to of had a free replacement once it had lost the full support . I'd only noticed the difference to compare once the new one had arrived

Great items at good prices and never shrink . Aid training and injury recovery better than many other makes I have tried .

Honestly thought the product was great, and was happy to pay higher price for what I thought was a premium product, bought two ankle sleeves due to Achilles issues, first couple of months was great interchanged them both so they go equal wear, now after not even six months BOTH sleeves have giant holes in the fabric in the heel area, given the price very disappointing, and likely due to poor product standards. Very disappointed.

Good quality, I use them for all my gym sessions and love the colour.
