Rose was incredibly diligent and efficient with all the correspondence for the interviews and information about the role. Responses were timely and at times out of hours to make sure everything was running smoothly and nothing got missed which was a huge help, especially when she rang late on a friday to tell me I had the offer! The pre interview competency guide is probably the best one I've ever seen with advice that goes beyond the typical things of "dress smart". There were some really well thought out example questions and answers to get the brain ticking.

Prior to my experience with Gerrard White, I’d always been quite apprehensive towards recruiters, largely due to the fact that my dealings with them had been so uneventful. It seemed that every one I had corresponded with had no real intention in assisting my career progression but rather, wanted to propel their own. However, I found this was the complete opposite with GW. As someone who graduated in the midst of the pandemic, attempting to land a paralegal job was astronomically difficult. It was by complete chance that I came across GW and had it not been for Jessica, I would probably still be dealing with those same tribulations now. Not only was she so incredibly friendly and supportive but she guided me every step of the way. Her efforts went above and beyond to make sure I was both informed and feeling at ease throughout the process. Jessica is such a personable and friendly person; within minutes of our initial call I felt so comfortable speaking to her and relaying what kind of job I was looking for. She is so incredibly attentive it is clear she also wants the best for candidates - being quick to address any concerns and also really pushing for the best possible salary etc. I am so happy at the firm I am currently working at and honestly, I could not have done it without her. I would absolutely recommend any candidates struggling to navigate the job market to reach out!
