Myself as well as my staff have all had great experiences using GeoH thus far. Ben is also a great help when I run into any issues.

We have been with Geoh since before EVV was mandated. We met with Doug. He was patient, funny and was available every step of the way as we learned to use the platform. As the company grew, we were introduced to Tyrell Angeles. I'm not kidding when I say he has TOP NOTCH customer services skills! The patience and customer service from Tyrell is outstanding. He is knowledgeable and if he says he will call you back, he does. I've not had any additional problems or situations with the new system. Still learning all the systems and its qualities as needed.
The only thing is that, the company is growing and I'm afraid, I won't get Tyrell as much when I need him.
And I understand that, but he is a great representation of good quality customer service!

Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars rate due to having some issues with staff clocking in certain areas. Unsure if due to rural area are not but this the only small thing I noticed with the app since using
