I would imagine I read a false article written by ‘Siobhan Murray’ beauty and wellness writer. Had such a bad reaction to the elixir. My face was burning red and my eyes were swollen shut. I never have reactions to anything. Buyer beware.
The pr and marketing around this company is what sells the product..reels you in based on a false story. The product is expensive and makes The skin feel tight and dry
I bought Suncream from them but tried to return as it had a strong perfume smell which I am sensitive too. I emailed and was told if I could send the creams in two packages to customers who bought the Suncream. I saw this as so unprofessional and refused. They then stopped replying to my emails even though I sent to them multiple times but was totally ignored. I have yet to be able to return to them. After 5 months.
I LOVE their Rose Youth Elixir- I love it for the face, but I especially love using it on my cuticles; it is the only thing that keeps them dry, getting dry and cracked (and I have tried almost every moisturizer and cuticle out there). I find their sunscreen effective but heavy. Customer service has been good.
