Money taken out of my paypal i never got anything from 49.99 plus 9.99 and 19.99 ! Trying to report it to paypal and cant as its asking for a link which i never got from them , i didn't click on a subscription

Scammers! Stay away from this company. I selected what I believed was a one off purchase. A month later without my agreement or any notification they deducted twice the original amount. I contacted them and they said I'd signed up for a subscription I hadn't! I asked them to reimburse me they said no. My bank was able to stop the payment, credit my account then cancel my card. I received an email today from Paypal to advise that Genetox had then tried again to deduct an unauthorised amount this time via my PayPal account! Relentlessly trying ways to scam money out of people for what is actually an inferior product via a professional looking website for dog training! Disgraceful. Please be warned. I also had to give them one star so I could write this review when in fact they deserved a 0.

Scammers. Withdrawing monthly from my account without authorisation. Bought a dog training program - a one off purchase but they have continued to deduct from my account monthly without authorisation. Contacting PayPal for resolution.

Took awhile and numerous emails but having PayPal to back me up, I finally got my money back.

Scammers debited charge via PayPal according to e mail sent, debit not actually showing on PayPal account suspect its a fishing attempt , BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST TYPE SCAMER ALERT REPORTED TO PAYPAL

SCAM! They charged my PayPal $79.99. I reported it, called my credit card company....nothing they can do because it was on PayPal. PayPal is "looking into it." I deleted all my forms of payment from PayPal. If you've been scamed too, that's the best option for you according to my credit card companies & Bank.

They stole my money and overdrew my bank account through my PayPal account. I don't know what I was charged for and received absolutely no product, merchandise or software. They passed a $19.99 charge through PayPal without my knowledge last month and then tried to slip a $49.99 charge this month. Return my $$ please. BTW What experience?? How well your company steals from people, the poor, the elderly??

Would give zero if possible. Excessive charges made to my bank account and no real service provided.

Charged for subscription, unable to locate in account the terms/renewal period or what is included in the 'premium' service. Cannot see that there is an option to cancel the service in the website.
