After a bad experience with one of the dentists a couple of years ago, and costing me a fortune to put right, I have to say, the new dentist I have seen a couple of times now, is a breath of fresh air.
He is still training, but he is thorough, easy to get along with, and any questions, he is happy to answer them.

Genix healthcare stoke signed me up as an NHS patient on the same day they extracted a wisdom tooth that was causing me pain. I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond than what I expected. They were all so friendly from reception to the the dentist herself. Absolutely fantastic service and I would recommend them to anybody. 😁👍

Friendly staff, good service and not too expensive either! My have a great relationship with my dentist as I see her on a 6 monthly basis.

I have been going to Genix at East End Park for quite a few years now and never had any issues .
The staff from reception to the dental team are totally professional but with a smile and empathy on every one of my visits .
Anita and her dental assistant combine the treatment with friendly conversation to keep you at ease , explaining the treatment to you .
I would highly recommend this Dental clinic to anybody .

I was in the Alnwick area on holiday and found myself in need of some urgent dental care. Genix saw me the next day and sorted my problem. Very friendly and efficient service. Shame there isnt a branch near me.

After completing all my treatment, from tooth extractions, preparation for full set dentures and fitting, each and every appt I had was an excellent experience, a very professional service, excellent customer care throughout.
I don’t know when I will need
visit next now I have a full st of teeth again, I hope they will keep me in as a patient, never know whatever reason I will need to visit again, tried and trusted through, finally I have recommended family, and other acquaintances to the practice.

Staff are great friendly and paitent. Waiting time was short. The dentis gave some interesting information about receeding gum issues, but mine are due to old age. Very dissapointed that the dentisit did not actually do any work on my teeth which, due to the position of bottom front teeth, are difficult to clean and always require a quick descale. Some sort of policy change I expect. Hopefully this will be done on next visit

You can tell the fake positive reviews written by the surgery and the actual real personal reviews. SHOCKING how bad the service has become at Genix! Have showed multiple friends and family the bad work they did on my teeth, as a private patient! Avoid avoid avoid.

I have been going to this dentist for many years, so know how the checkup works, last month my appointment was cancelled, then yesterday got a phone call to say it was cancelled yet again, but my son had an appointment straight after,... He was going to cancel but you managed to get me in which was brilliant... However my checkup lasted all of about 10 minutes, the dentist didn't seem to check my teeth properly, not calling out the teeth to the other dentist, as they always do, didn't mention my chipped tooth or the filling, which my usual dentist does as she was asking last time if i needed treatment and was given a fair price, just at the moment I can't afford it,... My other dentist always asks if I would like a mini clean, other dentists have too, which I always have . I wasn't asked this with this dentist, I was told there was a little bit of tartar on my teeth but not offered a mini clean,...??...
My son had his consultation and had a mini clean.... When paying he was charged £27.50....and so was I but I did not receive the mini clean, and was not even asked, I was told maybe you didn't need one when I questioned the payment, but dentist said there was tartar??? I was told it was a new dentist.... This is the only time I have ever been dissatisfied with Genix, I've booked for my 6 month check up, but with my old dentist.... On this occasion and it has only been this occasion I have been dissatisfied... Other than that I really like the practice,

I went yesterday to have a secondary fitting for a denture
The staff are always very considerate and polite
I have been with this Dentist a few years and never had any problems
I also have a few family members going there now too.
