Not sure if I notice a difference. I recall reading that it would help in a certain way, but I haven't seen that happen yet. Need an evaluation on time of working expectations.
I've used it for years and my energy and mental capacity always improve. There have been times where it was unaffordable and my energy and mental capacity declined. Im three weeks in now and do feel a stark difference. I just wish it was cheaper of course. Ive taken advantage of the buy and get free deals because running out is not an option to make.
Definitely saw an increase in muscles, better stamina and improved my mood!! This product has given me both mental and physical benefit!
After 6 weeks noticeable overall improvement in energy, strength and stamina. Very happy with this product so far.
This is what was looking for
I am 90 years old and work out six days a week. I alternate three days of stretching one hour a day to three days, two hours a day,of lifting weights and stretch stretching. I can’t say specifically how it helps me. I only know that I’m feeling better day by day.

Have been using this for years. I recently went off it for a month thinking maybe I don't really need to be using it. Was it really doing all the things it said it would do. The answer is a resounding yes. I am back on it and will continue to stay on it. I'm soon to be 73 and GEN F20 will be a staple for me.
I have been using GenF20 for months now! I am over 65 and let me tell you all; adding this product into my (4 pills 3 times a day) routine; and following my exercise plan... I HAVE MUSCELS now! I added over an inch to each arm in a 7-week period, for one example, and I’m not stopping there. You all should know I also exercise smartly. I have serious weight training days and serios cardio days) 6 days a week, so this combination has worked wonders for me. I am incredibly pleased with GenF20!
I really enjoy this product
The results are subtle but definite. Perhaps it would be more pronounced if I was 20 years younger. I am now 79. I will continue to use it.
